Escoffier wanted to update an old explainer video with their updated branding. After taking in all the information, I strongly suggested that they move toward having a veteran chef narrate the process to provide constant credibility to their programs. I wrote the script to feel conversational and then staged an interview style setup with one of their chef instructors.
